Difference between CA corporation & CA Professional Corporation

On one hand, a California corporation pertains to a corporation formed in the State of California. This refers to all kinds of corporations formed or that it is the broader classification of a corporation. On the other hand, a California professional corporation pertains to a corporation formed by professionals according to their professional licenses. This refers to an organization formed by nurses, doctors, accountants, architects, engineers, and other professional workers.

In a simpler manner of explanation, a California professional corporation is more refines, as it only refers to those individual who are working with professional license.

Corporation refers to the totality. It could refer to corporations or organizations put up by businessmen or those who do not have professional licenses, or the one being tackled in this article, the professional corporations, which put up by those with licenses – exclusively.
